Designer Exchange is a pre-owned designer goods retailer, located throughout the UK, with a presence in Spain. Created with admiration for designer handbags and a passion for sustainability, Designer Exchange aims to revolutionise the previously owned luxury industry. Combined, our team has over 20 years industry experience and guarantee that all handbags and accessories are authentic. Our team of experts physically check 100% of our products.Designer Exchange has created a safe store environment and website platform for customers to buy and sell luxury items.

It is an incredible opportunity for anyone interested in breaking away from the usual routine and desires more from the designer and fashion industry that cannot only reach goals, but exceed them.

Designer Exchange is looking to hire a new Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic ever growing team. We are looking for a proactive individual who can work in a fast paced environment and have great problem solving skills. A knowledge and understanding of luxury fashion is a great bonus but not necessary.

Role Responsibilities

Process customer’s orders and online payments
Use a range of software, including emails, spreadsheets,Microsoft Office, and Company databases.
Receiving postal orders and processing them on the internal system
Liaising with other departments and stores
Organise the bought in stock and processing rejections
Preparing and arranging customers postal returns
Labelling products
Ad hoc Administration
Administrative Writing Skills
Inventory Control

Personal Skills

Ability to multitask
Proactive personality in problem-solving and decision making
Strong organisation, prioritising and communication skills
Contribute and work effectively within a team environment
Ability to work under pressure
Good time management and timekeeping

Technical Skills

2 years of working experience in an Admin role or similar
Strong computer literacy skills
Excellent communication skills
