We are looking for an experienced Minicab Controller (minimum 6 months’ experience) to join our growing 247 Airport Transfer team.

If you are organised, calm under pressure, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

Be available to work 5 days per week on morning and/or afternoon shifts
Hold an enhanced DBS check
Have experience in control operations within a minicab, chauffeur, or private hire company
Demonstrate a clear, confident, and polite telephone manner
Be a good listener with strong communication skills
Work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Have a good command of spoken and written English
Possess strong computer skills, including experience with platform-based systems
Deliver excellent customer service
Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Be flexible, reliable, and punctual
Understand and respect confidentiality requirements.
