Caddi Club | The Golf Club on Your Doorstep
We took golf out of the countryside and brought it to your neighbourhood. Premium indoor golf venues across London, powered by TrackMan technology, with proper bars, great food, and a growing community of members who genuinely love the game.
Our mission? To Make People Smile (even while holding a golf club). Everything we do, from our simulator bays and coaching programmes to our food, drink, and events, is built around bringing people together and giving them the best time possible. We live four values every day: Quality, Accessibility, Community, and Trust.
We currently run four venues across London, including the largest indoor golf venue of its kind in the UK. Fulham is a venue with real potential and we need exactly the right person to unlock it.
The Role
We're hiring a General Manager to take the lead in our Fulham venue.
This is a growth role as much as an operational one. Fulham has the foundations: great tech, a strong team and a neighbourhood full of exactly the kind of people who should be members. Your job is to turn that potential into a thriving, full venue. That means growing membership, building an events calendar that people talk about, and becoming a genuine part of the local community.
You'll also be the person who makes sure the day-to-day runs properly. Consistent service, a tight operation, a team that knows what good looks like and delivers it every shift. Both things matter equally.
This is hands-on leadership. You'll be on the floor, you'll know your members by name, and you'll set the energy every time you walk in.
What You'll Own
- Membership growth - actively building the member base, driving sign-ups, and creating the kind of experience that makes people stay
- Events - developing and executing a programme of corporate bookings, private hire, golf socials, and community events that put Fulham on the map
- Community relationships - becoming a recognisable, trusted presence in the local area and building partnerships that bring new people through the door
- Operational consistency - building the systems, habits, and standards that mean every visit feels like the one before it, in the best possible way
- The F&B operation - quality, pace, atmosphere, stock management, and margins
- People management - hiring, developing, and holding your team to a high standard
- Commercial performance - revenue, margins, labour, and COGS
- Operational reporting that gives leadership clean, reliable data without being chased
- Facilities, TrackMan simulators, health & safety, and licensing compliance
Who You Are
- You've run a bar, restaurant, or high-energy hospitality venue, and you've grown one, not just maintained it. You know how to build something, not just keep it ticking.
- You're a natural connector. You remember names, you build relationships easily, and people genuinely enjoy being around you. Members, local businesses, your own team; you make everyone feel like they belong.
- You treat the venue like it's yours. You don't wait to be told there's an opportunity - you see it, you make a plan, and you get it done.
- You're commercially sharp. You understand the levers that drive revenue and you pull them - membership, events, F&B, private hire. You don't leave money on the table.
- You build operations that actually stick. Processes get followed because they make sense, not because they've been mandated. Your venue runs well whether you're there or not.
- You hold people accountable - directly, with clarity, fairness, and follow-through.
- You believe golf should be accessible to everyone, and you're excited about building a community that reflects that.
It's Probably Not For You If...
- You're most comfortable when things are ticking along and see growth as someone else's job.
- You prefer managing from a distance rather than being present with your team and members.
- You wait for a full brief before getting started, rather than using your initiative to fill the gaps.
- The idea of jumping behind the bar on a busy Friday night makes you uncomfortable.
- Holding people to a high standard is something you find awkward or tend to avoid.
- You measure how hard you're working by how busy you feel, rather than what's actually moving the business forward.
What We Offer
- £40,000 base salary + tronc of circa £3,000 + performance bonus.
- A genuine leadership role with real autonomy and real accountability to match.
- The chance to build something. Fulham is a venue with headroom and the right GM will leave a visible mark on it.
- We're a small, ambitious brand that's still early enough in its journey that the right people genuinely shape how it grows.
