Junior Sports Trader
Salary: £28k-£30k plus bonus
Location: London
Previous trading experience not essential.
Main responsibilities:
- Taking sports bets across multiple channels in a fast‑paced environment.
- Delivering high‑quality customer service and support.
- Creating daily specials and bespoke offers for key customers.
- Monitoring and managing trading liabilities.
- Analysing customer limits, behaviour, and betting patterns.
- Staying up to date with major sports, particularly horse racing and football.
- Carrying out safer gambling checks in line with internal policies.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of sports.
- Solid understanding of betting principles.
- High numeracy with strong analytical skills and good Excel ability.
- Basic awareness of online casino products and promotions is an advantage.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Comfortable working as part of a team, including evenings and weekends.
