Job Description
- Develop and implement a structured franchise and enterprise sales strategy within the specified region ensuring a consistent and measurable approach to partner recruitment
- Ensure that potential franchisor and multisite partners are fit and proper to operate within Foodhub’s ecosystem
- Review and monitor advertising, enquiries, prospecting activity, presentations, proposals, negotiations and contract signing
- Measure the effectiveness of the sales strategy ensuring strong return on investment
- Responsible for marketing Foodhub’s enterprise and franchisor solutions to potential new partners
- Review and improve commercial recruitment processes
- Review and improve onboarding and partner training processes
- Manage the specified region growth schedule
- Define new and existing markets for enterprise opportunities including new franchisors, multisite operators and strategic conversions
- Conduct needs assessments and solution mapping to position Foodhub’s full technology suite (EPOS, QR ordering, online ordering, handhelds, kiosks, KDS, app, payments)
- Work with Product, Operations and Implementation teams to ensure new partners are onboarded to standard, deployments are on time and on budget
- Support partners with digital transformation initiatives and multisite rollout planning
- Maintain strong, longterm relationships with franchisor leadership teams
- Represent Foodhub at industry events, franchise exhibitions and partner meetings
- Project work as required (e.g. annual conference planning, regional meetings attendance, commercial documentation updates etc.)
- Carry out all reasonable duties as and when requested by your line manager or any other senior management member
- Ability to work crossfunctionally, set goals and direction, and align activity against company targets
Pipeline and Reporting
Introduce a structured pipeline management and reporting cadence including weekly forecasting, conversion tracking and performance reviews to ensure visibility and accountability across the sales cycle.
KPIs and Performance Measures
Define and track key performance indicators such as partner acquisition targets, conversion rates, onboarding timelines, revenue contribution, partner satisfaction and retention metrics to ensure measurable outcomes.
Regional Scope Clarification
Operate within the defined region (UK or UK plus Europe depending on business requirement) ensuring alignment with broader organisational growth plans.

Person Specification
Qualifications:
Degree level or equivalent
Experience:
Experience of working within a targetdriven environment and of exceeding set targets Experience of working autonomously within a framework of responsibility
Experience selling to franchisors, multisite operators or enterprise hospitality groups Understanding the need for budgetary management
Experience of dispute/conflict resolution

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
