Full job description

We are on the lookout for a warm, professional, and people-focused Guest Services Ambassador to join our team of 3 Rapport Ambassadors based near Fenchurch Street. In this dynamic and hybrid role, you will take ownership across three core areas — reception, hospitality, facilities, and post room — ensuring they run smoothly and with the highest standard of service.

You will be the welcoming face of a leading rail safety organisation, but this is far more than a typical front desk position. From greeting guests and coordinating meeting room setups to managing post and deliveries, you will be hands-on in creating a seamless experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Each day is different, and you’ll be encouraged to bring energy, initiative, and pride to every part of your role — helping to set the tone for a truly five-star workplace.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilities:

Provide a warm, personal welcome to all visitors and ensure a smooth, professional arrival experience
Escort guests to their destinations and offer assistance with a friendly, proactive approach
Deliver outstanding meeting room, hospitality, and facilities support, including refreshments and room set-ups
Communicate with internal teams to meet visitor and meeting needs efficiently
Maintain a pristine and organised service areas at all times
Manage email and telephone communications professionally and promptly
Report maintenance issues and keep the environment in top condition
Support post room tasks, stationery supplies, and basic facilities duties
