We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Apprentice Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a genuine long-term career in the air conditioning and HVAC industry, learning a skilled trade while working alongside experienced engineers on real projects.

Air conditioning is a growing industry with excellent long-term career prospects.

As our climate changes and we experience warmer temperatures, the demand for effective cooling and climate-control systems in homes, workplaces and commercial buildings continues to increase.

At the same time, the industry is developing rapidly, with increasingly efficient technology and a growing focus on lower-energy heating and cooling solutions.

For the right person, an apprenticeship in air conditioning provides the opportunity to learn a valuable technical trade in an industry that we believe has a very strong future.

We're Looking for the Right Person

For us, attitude is more important than experience.

We don't expect you to already know how to install an air conditioning system – that's what the apprenticeship and our experienced team are there to teach you.

Is practical and enjoys working with their hands

The Role

You'll work alongside our experienced air conditioning engineers, gradually developing the skills needed to become a fully qualified engineer.

Your day-to-day work will include assisting with the installation of air conditioning systems, learning how different systems operate, using tools and equipment safely, helping prepare and maintain working areas, and developing your technical knowledge through both practical experience and formal training.

As your skills and confidence develop, you'll be given increasing levels of responsibility.
