Recruitment & Training Specialist – £35k-£45k+ OTE | Build the Team That Builds the Brand

Pure Pet Food is scaling at speed - and our Brand Ambassador team is the engine behind that growth within the Direct Sales channel. We’re looking for a Recruitment & Training Specialist who can spot talent a mile off but also deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, training new hires to hit the ground SPRINTING.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Earnings: £35-45K Basic + OTE

Location: London

You’ll:

Own the full recruitment cycle for Brand Ambassadors - sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
Deliver weekly assessment sessions that set up new hires up for success
Assist with engaging, high‑impact training sessions that elevate performance and confidence
Help build and implement scalable hiring processes as the team continues to grow
Partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand needs, forecast headcount, and refine hiring profiles
Track performance data to improve training quality and hiring accuracy
