About the Company:

URBAN AND CAMPUS NEST (UCNEST) is a leading international student accommodation provider in London and Sheffield, managing over 400 properties across the UK.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our team! This role offers a fantastic hands-on introduction to the property and lettings industry. You will work closely with our Sales and Property Management teams, handling everything from digital enquiries to on-the-ground support.

This is more than just a summer job—for the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional performance, there is a genuine opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time position at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Enquiry Management:
Assist the Sales Manager with daily administrative and paperwork tasks.
Check daily property enquiries and provide prompt, polite, and professional responses to prospective tenants.
Coordinate diaries and arrange property viewings.
Admin & CRM Maintenance:
Upload and log relevant documents and tenant information accurately onto our CRM system.
Daily updating and auditing of property listings across platforms to ensure all details are correct and up to date.
Assist the Property Manager (PM) with sorting, filing, and organizing physical post and paperwork.
Operations & Field Support:
Assist with tenant check-ins and check-outs.
Run local errands, including collecting and delivering property keys.

What We Are Looking For

Right to Work: You must hold a valid visa or legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the internship.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with a confident telephone manner and professional email etiquette.
Key Traits: Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and a reliable "can-do" attitude.
Skills: Comfortable picking up new software; prior experience with CRM systems or a keen interest in the UK property market is a distinct advantage.
