About Us

GardenWow is a growing garden services company based in South Woodford with a strong reputation — over 35 five-star Google reviews and a busy pipeline of landscaping projects and regular gardening clients across East London. We're building a team that takes pride in quality work and looking after our clients properly.

The Role

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable gardener/landscaping labourer to join our team and work alongside our experienced lead. You'll be involved in a mix of garden maintenance and landscaping projects — no two days are the same.

Day to day you'll be doing things like:

Lawn mowing, edging, weeding and general garden maintenance
Hedge and shrub cutting
Turfing and laying new lawns
Decking, fencing and patio installation
Garden clearances and waste removal
Loading and unloading materials
Driving the company van between jobs
Keeping tools, equipment and the van clean and organised

What We're Looking For

A full UK driving licence — essential (you'll be driving the company van)
A strong work ethic and reliability — turning up on time, every time
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
A genuine interest in gardening and working outdoors
Physical fitness (this is hands-on, active work in all weather)
A positive, friendly attitude — you'll be representing GardenWow to clients
Willingness to learn — we'll train you up across all areas
Good spoken English for client interaction

Nice to have (not essential):

Previous gardening or landscaping experience
Any horticultural knowledge or qualifications

Competitive day rate of £110–120 with regular reviews

Varied, satisfying outdoor work with a supportive team
The chance to grow with a company that's expanding fast
Start: Labourer — £110–120/day
6 months: Senior Gardener — up to £135/day + bonuses
12 months: Team Leader — up to £170/day + profit share
Beyond: Supervisor running your own teams — £45k+ salary + share of the business
