Hours:

Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with flexibility in accordance with the needs of the business.

Our current working from home policy allows for two days working from home, subject to business need. This policy is subject to change and does not form part of contractual terms.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Coordinator: Business Development & Marketing will provide a high level of support to business development and marketing activities whilst working closely with members of the BD and Marketing team in London. The following list is illustrative:

Business development — supporting the Business Development Team on preparing research and reports, assisting on pitches, RFPs and credentials documents, managing content for various business development tools including the deals database and intranet pages, supporting on business development initiatives.

Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes:

Educated to A Level or equivalent

An understanding of the legal market and experience of working in an international partnership environment desirable but not essential;
Knowledge of relevant market sectors, especially financial services, would be useful but not essential;
Previous experience in business development activities;
IT literate with a strength in research and analysis;
Proactive with enthusiasm, confidence and energy;
Delivery and solution focussed with a strong desire to meet the needs and requirements of internal clients under pressure of deadlines;
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) is essential;
Attention to detail; tenacious and with a sense of responsibility and ownership
A team player with an ability to work independently and under pressure when facing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.;
