Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in Business Administration with Blackstone Legal Costing UK Ltd, a specialist legal costs firm. You'll gain valuable experience, develop new skills and work alongside a supportive, experienced team while completing your apprenticeship.

Join our legal costs team in Gerrards Cross as a Business Admin Apprentice. You'll handle file intake, data entry, correspondence, and general office support, helping the team run smoothly, while working towards a recognised qualification.

Carry out general data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist with diary management and scheduling
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Answer telephone calls and deal with routine enquiries
Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic)
Assist with the preparation of documents and templates
Support office organisation and day-to-day operations
Undertake apprenticeship training and coursework alongside day-to-day duties

Entry requirements

GCSEs at Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Good communication skills and a professional, reliable attitude
No previous office experience required — full training will be provided

Training to be provided

Level 3 Buisness admnistartion

Fucntional skills - if required

You will be working in a professional legal office environment, so a smart, professional manner is expected
Some tasks may involve sensitive or confidential information, requiring discretion at all times
The role is based on-site in Gerrards Cross — please consider your ability to travel to this location
