BANSHEE OF SAVILE ROW
Studio Manager — Luxury Womenswear Tailoring House ( tailoring fittings required)

Banshee of Savile Row is a female-led bespoke womenswear house based at 13 Savile Row, creating tailored pieces exclusively for women. A member of the British Fashion Council, the atelier presents collections annually at London Fashion Week.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a confident, warm, and highly motivated Studio Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences across our bespoke offerings.

Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, you will oversee day-to-day studio operations, host VIP clients, and support the launch of new collections during an exciting period of growth for the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily sales operations and client appointments, working towards monthly sales targets
Oversee the full client journey from initial consultation through to final garment completion
Manage bespoke fittings, order processing, and client follow-up
Deliver a personalised luxury experience for clients and partners
Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard
Support client development initiatives, including events, gifting, and styling
Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, concierge services, and private networks
Coordinate trunk shows and sales events, including logistics and client outreach
Collaborate on strategies to expand brand reach and attract new clientele

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years’ managerial experience within luxury retail or a client-facing environment
Strong understanding of garment construction; tailoring experience is highly desirable
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for Savile Row craftsmanship and luxury fashion
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
A collaborative, adaptable approach within a fast-paced environment
Availability to work Saturdays and travel to the US for trunk shows

DETAILS

Location: Banshee of Savile Row, 13 Savile Row, London W1
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:30am – 6:00pm (5 days per week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + commission structure
Start Date: July 2026 (flexible for candidates with notice periods)
