Full job description

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team and support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns across our business and client accounts.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys digital marketing, understands how online campaigns work and wants to develop their experience across multiple areas of marketing.

You will work closely with the management team to support marketing strategy, content, SEO, paid advertising and website optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns
Support paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google
Conduct keyword research and support SEO campaigns
Optimise website content and landing pages for search engines and conversions
Create and coordinate marketing content for social media and digital channels
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with website updates and ongoing website optimisation
Research competitors, markets and customer trends
Help develop marketing strategies for AdzenX and its clients
Support lead generation and conversion-focused marketing activities
Work with the wider team to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
Stay up to date with digital marketing, SEO, advertising and AI developments

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced or educated in marketing, digital marketing or a related field
Interested in paid advertising, SEO and digital marketing
Comfortable working with data and analysing campaign performance
Able to communicate clearly and work independently
Organised and detail-oriented
Creative and willing to contribute new ideas
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Keen to learn and develop their marketing skills
Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress or similar platforms

Qualifications & Experience

Degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related subject is desirable
Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising or SEO is desirable
Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising is an advantage
Experience with SEO, website management or analytics is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
