Job Description

Role: The role will be providing operational duties to TensCare Ltd. Concentrating on the order processing and dispatching of orders B2B and B2C. The role will also include general warehouse adhoc duties, returns and stock counting.

Key Responsibilities:

The position requires someone who can work independently and within a small team in a fast pace moving warehouse. Preferably have good IT knowledge and used ERP systems previously to process orders.

You will be responsible for:

Production and Dispatch of orders

Arranging dispatch via couriers

Product rework (packaging and accessories)

Administration

General warehouse support to other team members

TensCare Ltd is an employee owned business where every member of the team has a say in how the company is run. We are Europe’s largest distributor of TENS machines with over 30 years of experience. We provide drug-free pain relief for the long-term treatment of chronic pain conditions and the relief of the acute pain of childbirth. Our electrotherapy devices provide muscle rehabilitation for post injury or trauma. A major area and one of increasing expertise for TensCare is in the supply of Pelvic Floor Exercisers for the improvement of continence management and relief from bladder weakness as well as erectile dysfunction.

23 days holiday (pro rata for part time) plus Bank Holidays plus a day off on your birthday

Commission in addition to your base salary (based on monthly performance) after probation period has been completed – range £50-£200 per month
