Videographer & Editor — Part-Time | Calibre Acquire

Location: London & Home Counties (travel to site required)

Salary: £15,000 per annum + 1% commission on property sales

Hours: 2–3 days per week (flexible, negotiable)

Type: Part-time, with scope to grow into a full-time role

About Us

Calibre Acquire is a London-based commercial property agency specialising in freehold assets across London and the Home Counties. We work with investors to exit underperforming assets and move into stronger, income-generating opportunities. We operate largely off-market with a small, high-performance team and are currently in an active growth phase.

The Role

We are looking for a videographer and editor to join the team on a part-time basis, producing consistent, high-quality visual content across all our property listings. The role splits across 1–2 on-site shoot days per week and 1 remote editing day.

This is a genuine opportunity for the right person to grow with the business. As deal volumes increase, so does the scope of the role — with a clear pathway to full-time employment for someone who wants to build with us long term.

What You’ll Be Doing

Photography of all new property listings — interior, exterior, and contextual

Cinematic video walkthroughs and talking-head style footage for social and investor content

Drone operation for aerial and context shots

Floorplan production (full training provided)

Remote editing and post-production to a consistent brand standard

What We’re Looking For

Strong camera skills — both stills and video

A good eye for composition, light, and atmosphere

Drone experience preferred — we will fund CAA certification for the right candidate

Able to work independently on-site and deliver to deadlines

Willing to learn our brand, style, and visual guidelines

Must be able to travel across London and the Home Counties

Prior property or commercial content experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Attitude and consistency matter most.

The Package

£15,000 per annum (2–3 days per week)

1% commission on all successful property sales

Equipment supplied if required

Drone certification and floorplan training funded where needed
