Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, enhance clients’ confidence, and provide outstanding customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and client satisfaction are highly valued. The Beauty Therapist will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty services, including makeup application, in a welcoming and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, skincare, and makeup application with precision and care
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow
Promote additional services or retail products to clients in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements

Proven experience in makeup application and other beauty therapy treatments
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and build rapport with clients
Ability to work flexibly, demonstrating organisation and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
A friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best
Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding beauty services while fostering positive client relationships. We welcome applicants who are eager to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.

Pay: From £12.75 per hour
