HoneyShade Restaurant ***NEW OPENING**

Bayswater, London W2 3SY

Goods-In Receiver / BOH Manager

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

£40,000 per annum inc tronc

Must be able to start early/mid August 2026

What we offer:

What we’re looking for:

· Previous experience in a goods-in, stock control, BOH, stores or inventory role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality setting

· Good knowledge of inventory software, ideally MarketMan

· Confidence receiving, checking and organising food and beverage deliveries

· Strong attention to detail when checking quantities, quality, invoices and supplier paperwork

· Confidence contacting suppliers directly to resolve delivery or invoice issues

· Ability to support weekly stocktake counts where needed

· A calm, organised and professional approach to a busy BOH environment

· Clear communication and a positive team attitude

· Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, storage standards and stock rotation

· A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in, with support available for putting away food and beverage deliveries

This role would suit someone who is organised, dependable and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving properly behind the scenes.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves structure, systems and making sure everything behind the scenes runs properly. You’ll play a key role in managing deliveries, supporting stock control, liaising with suppliers and keeping the BOH operation organised, accurate and efficient.

You’ll be responsible for handling all goods-in, checking deliveries, raising any supplier issues, supporting invoicing and helping the kitchen and bar teams have everything they need for service.
