We’re looking for a proactive and organised team player to join our Production team! You’ll be at the heart of bringing our projects to life by coordinating auditions, managing self-tapes, liaising with actors, agents, and directors, and keeping all project documentation, legal paperwork, and schedules on point.
From preparing scripts and travel packs to supporting Production Managers with client days and recordings, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you love detail, enjoy working across teams, and want to be part of creative, high-energy productions, this role is for you!
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Initial casting outreach to actors/agents
Assisting the Casting team with self-tapes and editing Casting clips
Scheduling actors for auditions and recording sessions
General liaising and establishing/maintaining a good working relationship with agents
Sending out comprehensive emails to talent and directors in preparation of auditions and sessions
Preparing project documentation for talent and directors, including character biographies, story briefs, and scripts
Assisting with updating studio calendars with relevant information needed for recording sessions
Responsible for getting legal paperwork signed and filed properly, including NDAs and talent agreements
Building Purchase Orders for talent, directors, and other service providers
Preparing Travel Packs for rehearsals, crowd sessions, and Performance Capture sessions
Assisting with script preparation and tracking, as required
Assisting Production Managers with meet & greet of clients and aid clients throughout the day, as required
Assisting Production Managers in keeping schedules and tracking documents up to date throughout recordings
Responsible for keeping project folders tidy and up-to-date with relevant information
Requirements
Interest and/or experience in video games, especially story & character, and/or Casting experience or interest in the performance arts (theatre, TV, cinema)
Excellent client facing and internal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail
Both a self-starter, able to work alone as and where necessary, and a team player, able to pitch in at all levels to get the job done
Experience in a similar role.
Experienced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, in particular of Microsoft Excel.
