Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised PA & Team Administrator to join a fast-paced London Mixed Use development consultancy team based in Oxford Circus. This role supports the Head of London Mixed Use and a growing, high-performing team working across complex development and regeneration projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the team, providing seamless administrative and organisational support. Responsibilities include managing diaries and meeting schedules, coordinating internal processes, maintaining systems and databases, and supporting reporting and documentation. The position requires a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.

In addition, you will support financial administration - such as invoicing and expense processing - as well as wider operational tasks including travel coordination, team logistics and onboarding support. You’ll also assist with the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports and internal materials, maintaining a consistently high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a PA or team administration role within a professional environment, advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong organisational capability. You will be dependable, adaptable and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy team setting.
