Inventory Clerk – Full Time Self-Employed Contractor

- Location: London, UK
- Full-Time Role (Includes Alternate Saturdays with a Day Off During the Week)
- Full Training Provided (On-Site & Remote)

About Us

Capture Inventory Ltd are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and professional Inventory Clerk to join our growing team across London.

We work with established estate agents, property management companies, and private landlords, carrying out inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and midterm inspections across a wide range of residential properties.

This is a full-time self-employed contractor role with consistent workflow, monthly retainer structure, per-report pay, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out property inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and midterm inspections
Compiling detailed property condition reports with written descriptions and photographs
Collecting keys from estate agents and travelling to properties across London
Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords, and estate agents
Managing daily schedules efficiently and working independently
Submitting accurate reports and tasks on time

Requirements

Excellent attitude and reliability
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Confident using mobile/tablet technology
Ability to travel across London regularly
Driving is not essential, however travelling between properties is required
Previous inventory experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

Pay Structure

Monthly retainer
Per-report pay structure
Performance bonuses for high-quality and on-time reports
Potential earnings of £28,000–£40,000+ per year depending on workload and seasonal demand
