Summary

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: London, Wood Street

What to expect

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our transformation by ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Incident Management.

Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment. Balance incident resolution with proactive platform admin and small enhancements while managing competing priorities.

Key responsibilities: ServiceNow ITSM administration (Incident Management focus), incident/problem resolution, security & access control, small platform changes, upgrades & deployments, reporting & MI, knowledge management, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

3+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Strong hands-on experience supporting Incident Management
Experience delivering small platform changes and maintaining platform stability
Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, managing multiple competing demands
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with documentation, reporting, and operational MI
Working knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL certification desirable)
JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting experience (desireable)
Experience working with offshore teams or ServiceNow partners
Knowledge Management experience within ServiceNow
