About the Role

RDA Grupo Legal Services Ltd operates within the legal services, client support, documentation, administrative coordination, and professional service support sector. We are seeking a Legal Support Administrator to assist with daily office operations, client records, document handling, and general legal service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily legal administration, document handling, and office coordination tasks
Assist with client records, file updates, data entry, and document organisation
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and service partners
Help prepare basic reports, meeting notes, correspondence, and administrative summaries
Monitor schedules, follow-up tasks, deadlines, and service updates
Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in line with company procedures
Support general reception, client communication, and office administration as needed

What We Are Looking For

Experience

No extensive experience required
Previous experience in administration, customer service, office support, legal support, or professional services is an advantage
Fresh graduates, school leavers, or early-career applicants are encouraged to apply

Skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail
Clear communication and professional manner
Basic computer, typing, and documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Time management and task coordination
Willingness to learn legal support and administrative processes

Education

GCSEs, A-levels, college certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification is required
Background in law, business administration, legal studies, public administration, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
