Debut Studios is looking for a creative, proactive Social Lead to take ownership of our social presence and help elevate the brand online.
This role is ideal for someone who understands culture, aesthetics, trends, and storytelling. Someone who doesn’t just post content, but knows how to build momentum, community, and brand visibility.
You’ll be responsible for running and growing our Instagram, TikTok, and wider social presence, helping position Debut Studios as a leading creative brand.
We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and genuinely run with the role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing Debut Studios’ social media platforms
- Planning and executing creative content ideas and campaigns
- Developing strategies to increase engagement, reach, and audience growth
- Helping shape and elevate the online brand presence
- Identifying opportunities for trends, collaborations, and viral content
- Assisting with brand consistency across online platforms
- Potentially refining digital branding and online touchpoints where needed
- Attending launches and events with occasional travel
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and modern brand culture
- Creative thinker with strong initiative
- Someone proactive and highly self-motivated
- Confident being on camera and comfortable positioning themselves as part of the face of the brand
- Ability to create, organise, and execute content ideas independently
- Experience growing social media accounts or personal brands preferred
- Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling
- Interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tattoos, or creative industries is a plus
