Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dynamic Marketing & Office Operations Manager to join our growing team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines marketing, office administration, finance support, and business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our marketing activity, strengthening our brand presence, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is equally comfortable supporting marketing campaigns, business operations, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management

Take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing existing campaigns and helping to develop future marketing activity.
Plan, manage, and execute B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Develop and oversee digital marketing activity, including social media and online campaigns.
Work closely with the internal creative department to produce engaging marketing materials, graphics, and promotional content that reflect the company’s ethos, values, and brand message.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Office Administration & Operations

Manage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a professional, organised, and efficient working environment.
Monitor office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment, placing orders when required.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Support staff with administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, scanning, photocopying, and data management.
Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external contacts.

Finance & Business Support

Prepare customer quotations and invoices using Xero.
Assist with account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor customer payments and support credit control activities.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial administration.
Provide general administrative and operational support across the business as required.

Project & Team Support

Coordinate marketing and operational projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Work closely with internal teams to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Carry out additional duties as required to support the needs of the business.

Skills & Experience
Essential

Previous experience in marketing, office management, administration, or business support.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using Xero accounting software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable

Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting.
Experience in B2B marketing environments.
Familiarity with IT systems and business software applications.
