Are you an experienced Strategy Consultant passionate about the future of artificial intelligence? Join 10x Team as a Freelance Strategy Consultant – AI Trainer and use your strategic expertise to help shape advanced AI models, while enjoying the flexibility of remote, project-based work.

About Us:
10x Team connects top independent professionals with leading AI labs to accelerate innovation in artificial intelligence. We are seeking seasoned strategy consultants, located in the EU or UK, to train AI systems focused on strategic planning, business analysis, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to business strategy, market analysis, and strategic planning
Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for business strategy, goal setting, and market approaches
Create and develop real-world scenarios and case studies from your strategic consulting background
Generate variations on scenarios that address industry best practices, innovative problem-solving, and risk management
Identify gaps or risks in AI-generated suggestions, providing clear, actionable feedback
Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply strategic concepts and methodologies

About You:

Experienced Strategy Consultant with a background in business analysis, strategic planning, and organizational development
Based in the EU or UK
Familiar with key strategy frameworks, market analysis tools, and industry standards
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to provide structured, constructive feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
