About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Assistant Site Supervisor to support the delivery of cladding, fire remediation projects across the South. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction management, façade remediation, and building safety works.
Working alongside experienced Site Managers and Project Managers, you will gain hands-on experience, supporting the successful delivery of remediation projects on occupied residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of cladding and fire remediation projects
- Support the coordination of deliveries and site logistics
- Help maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
- Assist with quality control checks and snagging inspections
- Monitor materials, plant, and labour on site
- Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, permits, and safety documentation
- Attend site meetings and contribute to project reporting
- Learn and develop knowledge of façade systems, fire stopping, and remediation regulations
Requirements
- Strong interest in construction, external facades and fire remediation works
- Previous construction site experience desirable but not essential
- Construction-related qualification advantageous
- CSCS Card required
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations

Pay: £24,784.00-£26,436.00 per year
Work Location: In person
