POSITION SUMMARY

As a Runner at NAC, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both the front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensuring smooth and timely service. This role requires energy, efficiency, attention to detail, and a team-focused mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Swiftly and safely deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to tables.
Ensure dishes are presented correctly and delivered to the right guests.
Assist waitstaff by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and stations.
Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to manage timing and priorities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Full-time availability is required for this role.
Previous experience in a Runner, Commis Waiter, or similar support role in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred.
High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service.
