Job Overview

Sandea Wholesale Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Admin & Warehouse Assistant to support both office administration and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and can work efficiently in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and administrative documentation
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Support goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
Maintain organised filing and record-keeping systems
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transport partners
Assist with general office and warehouse duties as required
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all daily tasks

Requirements

Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous warehouse or administrative experience preferred
