Full job description

We are looking for Structural Engineers with two to three years’ post graduate experience in structural design to join our growing team in Uxbridge, Greater London.

Your New Role:

Joining our team as a Structural Engineer, you will design for all types of building structures, under the supervision of a Director. You’ll be responsible for the preparation of associated AutoCad structural drawings, calculations and provide support to the Directors. Additionally, you’ll provide assistance with site inspections where required.

What You Will Need:

The successful Structural Engineer will have a Degree in Structural Engineering with two to three years’ post graduate experience. A general understanding of building structures and materials including steel, masonry, concrete and timber.

Recent experience of detailed design for a variety of Structural Projects, with the ability to manage time and work to strict deadlines.
Industry standard structural design software such as TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer 19.
Understanding of British Standards and Eurocodes.
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
Commitment to producing high quality work and to promoting the reputation of the company.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
In possession of, or working towards Chartership of the Institution of Structural Engineers or the Institution of Civil Engineers.
