About the role
As the Clinical Education Consultant, you will lead education and training for healthcare professionals, and clinical partners using Empatica’s Parkinson’s solutions.
Following Empatica’s recent acquisition of PKG Health, this role is key to enabling the effective adoption of advanced neuro-monitoring technologies across healthcare institutions, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and scalable care beyond traditional hospital settings for people living with neurological conditions.
Working closely with clinical, customer support, and product teams, you will:

Design, deliver, and evaluate training on neurological conditions and patient monitoring for healthcare professionals and clinical partners globally

Provide onboarding and ongoing education for staff involved in Parkinson’s care and patient monitoring

Lead education that supports the effective use of Empatica’s wearable technology and digital biomarkers

Ensure consistent, high-quality training as Empatica expands its neurology capabilities following the PKG Health acquisition
-
Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter resource for education and best practices in neurological monitoring

Collaborate with clinicians, other healthcare professionals, and external partners across hospitals and other healthcare institutions

Ultimately, improve patient outcomes by strengthening staff expertise in Parkinson’s care and research
Requirements
As the ideal candidate for this position, you have:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, at Empatica we focus less on years of experience and more on talent
-
Clinical background in healthcare (e.g., physician, nurse, physiotherapist, physician associate, or allied health professional), or equivalent hands-on experience working in neurology or movement disorders.
- Experience working with people living with Parkinson’s disease, ideally within neurology clinics, specialist Parkinson’s services, research programs, or multidisciplinary care teams is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in education, training, or professional development within a healthcare or research setting is a plus

Benefits
For this role, the salary range is £40,000–£60,000 gross per year. The final offer within this range is determined on the basis of objective, gender-neutral criteria: relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and the scope of responsibilities associated with the position.
