Position Responsibilities
As a
Sales Development Representative at
Deltek, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to empower project-based businesses with intelligent solutions. You will be responsible for driving growth and building strong relationships by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value. This position offers the opportunity to develop advanced communication and sales skills, work alongside a high-performing team, and contribute to the ongoing success of a market-leading platform.

Own and manage a designated account list, including territory mapping, researching target accounts, and identifying key personas for outreach.

Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms to generate qualified meetings and build a robust sales pipeline.

Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to qualify prospects, uncover business priorities, and identify challenges using a consultative approach.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless account handoffs and provide actionable feedback to enhance lead quality.

Maintain high standards of effort and professionalism, contributing positively to a results-driven team environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications-
6–12 months of sales or target-driven experience, with a minimum of 6 months of cold calling
