Full job description

We are looking for a House Keeper to join our Nursery family.

Casterton Nursery is located within the beautiful grounds of Casterton College Rutland. For over twenty years, we have provided high-quality early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

We are extremely motivated about the early years education we provide at Casterton. We believe children are innately curious and this is a great way for children to learn and develop. We believe children can be and do whatever they set their mind on, they most definitely reach the stars!

Responsibilities will include:

To promote a clean and hygienic environment for both children and staff.
To work as part of a team, where necessary and contribute to the high standards at Casterton Nursery.
To promote an atmosphere of professionalism at all time.
To be aware of the Health and Safety Policy of the Nursery and College and to follow them at all times.
To assist with the security and maintenance of the building and equipment within the buildings.
To keep the Nursery and Preschool clean and tidy.
To mop and hoover floors.
To clean and tidy the Nursery and Preschool kitchen.
To clean and tidy the Nursery and Preschool staffroom.
To give the Nursery and Preschool a deep clean once a year.
To carry out any other reasonable responsibilities and duties as required by Management.
To be respectful towards other staff members and show professionalism at all times.

Work remotely
