As an Estates Maintenance Operative at Amplius, you'll carry out a range of grounds and estate maintenance tasks, helping to create attractive, well-kept neighbourhoods and delivering a visible service that makes a real difference to our communities.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining communal gardens, landscaped areas and green spaces across our estates
-
Carrying out grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, litter picking and general grounds maintenance

Applying weed, moss and algae treatments where required

Helping to keep estates safe and tidy by reporting issues such as fly tipping, abandoned vehicles and landscaping concerns

Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively

Recording completed work and using mobile technology to update jobs and records
