As part of our ongoing growth, we’re now looking for a passionate and disciplined Lead Generation Executive to join our team and become a vital link in our clients' success stories.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
This isn’t just another “telemarketing” job. You’ll be personally helping UK manufacturers and engineers grow, by having intelligent conversations, nurturing prospects, and booking qualified appointments. You'll work directly with clients, attend monthly review meetings, and be trusted to manage your own schedule – so discipline, motivation and a love for results are key.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Making B2B outbound calls to prospects (warm and cold) using proven workflows.
- Nurturing leads, qualifying interest and booking appointments.
- Managing your pipeline in our STREXA CRM system.
- Attending monthly client Zoom calls to obtain feedback on lead quality from clients and develop client relationship alongside colleagues.
- Working across multiple client campaigns – staying organised, disciplined and on-point.
- Contributing ideas to continuously improve lead quality and client results.

- Starting salary: £25,272.00 FTE (pro-rata for part time - £18,532.80)
