About Lidder Care

As Mansfield’s friendly care home & home care provider, we have been delivering compassionate care since 1994. Our purpose-built care homes offers residential care, nursing care, dementia care and respite care. Families across Nottinghamshire have trusted our care homes to support their loved ones for over 30 years, with loved ones receiving quality care in our welcoming home environment. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Lidder Care's growth objectives.

About the role

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop, implement, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support Lidder Care's growth objectives.
Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, display advertising, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.

Campaign Planning & Budget Management

Create, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaign budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
Manage advertising spend effectively while continuously identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with care home, marketing and operational teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Work with internal stakeholders to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

Measure and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, audience engagement, conversion rates, bounce rates, lead generation, and return on ad spend.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Journey & Growth Optimisation

Use advanced analytics and marketing technologies to identify customer touchpoints and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across digital channels.
Coordinate with the wider marketing team to identify innovative growth opportunities and continuously improve new resident leads for home care and care homes.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the health and social care sector.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.
Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
