Full job description

We are looking for a responsible and capable Administration Assistant to join our friendly architecture office in the centre of Calne, Wiltshire. We are a small architectural design firm, offering a varied role within a supportive office environment.

We require a part-time Administration Assistant working around 20 hours a week (ideally five mornings a week, 9-1pm Monday to Friday). There may be potential for this to increase in the future.

The role would include supporting the office administration and day-to-day operations, such as answering accountant’s queries and assisting with marketing efforts, as well as assisting the director.

The ideal candidate will have strong computing and organisational skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and accurately.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential for this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
