We closely work with Meridius Medical GmbH, a sister-company in Germany. It is the sole exclusive distributor of DongBang acupuncture needles, and owner of trademarks, ORCA® and MERIDIUS®. Both companies handle same line of products.
About the Role
As an E-commerce & Sales Assistant, you will support our daily sales operations and online business activities of AcuPrime and Meridius Medical. The role focuses on product and website management, order coordination and customer support, ensuring smooth processes across our e-commerce platform and sales channels.
This is a hands-on role in a dynamic collaborative international setting, ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured tasks, product data and operational processes, while also supporting online sales and customer communication, and maintaining practical flexibility to support across different sales areas when needed.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Website Management
- Manage and update product information on the companies’ e-commerce platform
- Upload product data, images and descriptions
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information
- Support website updates and online promotions
Sales & Order Support
- Assist with customer inquiries, quotations and order processing
- Coordinate order status between customers, sales and warehouse
- Support follow-ups and ensure timely communication
Product & Data Management
- Maintain product data, pricing and basic product content
- Support internal tracking of product information and updates
- Assist with stock-related coordination where required
Customer Communication
- Communicate with customers via email regarding orders, products and general inquiries
- Support building reliable and professional customer relationships
Basic Digital Support
- Assist with simple online promotions and product highlights
- Support basic social media or marketing tasks when required
- Create simple visuals (e.g. Canva) if needed
About Candidates Sought After
- Entry-level candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Interest or experience in e-commerce, sales support or operations
- Structured, detail-oriented and organized working style
- Comfortable working with systems, data and repetitive tasks
- Flexible to support across different sales and operation areas when needed.
- Good communication skills in English
Position Details
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week; Mon – Fri, 08:00 – 17:00; 1 hour lunch break
- This position is office-based (on-site in Exeter, UK)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: €25,000 – €29,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
- Annual performance bonus based on individual performance and company results
- Salary review and adjustment based on performance and company development

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
