What you’ll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day site activity across reactive void refurbishments and disrepair works
- Managing and motivating a small team of multi-skilled operatives and subcontractors
- Planning labour and materials to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
- Carrying out quality checks, snagging, and ensuring a high standard of finish
- Liaising with our office team and clients, often within social housing and occupied properties
- Keeping site paperwork up to date (photos, job notes, H&S checks)
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead Operative
- Strong multi-trade background
- Professional and confident working in occupied homes
- Well-organised, reliable, and able to think on your feet
- Full UK driving licence
- SSSTS/SMSTS (or willingness to work towards it)
