Front of House Administrator – Rent Eaze Full-Time | Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 3ES

About Us

Rent Eaze is a fast-growing lettings, property management, and maintenance agency based in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. We operate a guaranteed rent scheme and are proud members of The Property Redress Scheme, Deposit Protection Scheme, and Client Money Protect.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a confident, organised individual to be the first point of contact for our landlords, tenants, and investors.

The Role

As our Front of House Administrator, you'll be the face and voice of Rent Eaze — welcoming visitors, managing communications, and keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on structure, enjoys speaking with people, and takes pride in getting the details right.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting landlords, tenants, and investors in a warm, professional manner
Managing incoming calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally
Using our industry-specific CRM system to log, track, and manage client and property records
Handling compliance documentation and ensuring regulatory requirements are met
General administration and filing duties
Coordinating maintenance work requests between tenants, contractors, and the wider team
Issuing invoices and tenancy agreements to tenants Issuing legal agreements and documentation to landlords
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office administration

What We're Looking For

Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail Comfortable using CRM systems and general office software Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy office environment A professional, approachable manner when dealing with clients face-to-face Previous experience in lettings, property management, or a similar admin/reception role is desirable but not essential
