Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (Term Time Only – 30 Hours per Week)
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer of a growing not-for-profit education organisation.
This is a pivotal role requiring an individual who can confidently operate in a fast-paced and complex environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and efficiency. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to coordinate a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, stakeholder relationships and organisational priorities.
The role demands someone who can quickly understand a broad range of initiatives across education, community development, governance and organisational improvement, often working across several projects simultaneously. You will be highly organised, proactive and capable of anticipating needs before they arise, ensuring the CEO is able to focus on strategic leadership and impact.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will engage with senior leaders, trustees, school leaders, external partners and community stakeholders, often acting as the first point of contact on behalf of the CEO. The ability to build positive relationships, handle sensitive matters with discretion and communicate clearly and professionally at all levels is critical.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, resilient and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be comfortable making informed decisions, managing competing demands and navigating complex situations with confidence and sound judgement.
This role would suit an experienced executive assistant or senior administrator who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering outstanding support to senior leadership.

Contract
- Term Time Only (plus any agreed additional days)

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
