We’re recruiting Support Workers for multiple opportunities across our Day Service Team, with a range of hours and shift patterns available. We’re looking for Support Worker’s to join our team at Granville House Day Centre. We have the following roles available:

– x4 Part Time (30 hours)

– Multiple Bank Support Workers

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Day Service team in Heaton Moor, Stockport to take a person-centred approach, supporting individuals to take part in activity sessions. The day centre is a hub of activity, and we also offer the opportunity for the people we support to go on day trips in the community and experience fun and adventure. The service operates six days per week. We are now seeking a Support Workers who understands the balance between care and promoting positive risk taking so the people we support can take part in everyday life experiences.

Are willing to work flexibly to cover shifts that will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (including basic IT skills)
Previous demonstratable experience in care.

Time to rest and reset

30 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays, pro‑rata for part‑time staff), increasing with service. Taking time off is encouraged because rest matters.
