Dance Teacher (Various Styles)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for passionate, reliable, and experienced Dance Teachers to join our growing team. Multiple positions are available for enthusiastic professionals who can deliver high-quality, engaging classes across a variety of styles including Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary.
Current Vacancies:
- Hip-Hop Dance Tutor (Saturday afternoons)
- Jazz/Ballet/Contemporary technique teachers (Tuesdays 6pm-8pm)
- After-School Club Instructors in dance and musical theatre (Mondays/ Wednesdays)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience and qualifications in a range of dance styles (e.g. Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, MT)
- Degree or higher-level qualification in dance or performing arts (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with young people
- Industry experience/knowledge is a plus
- Ability to command a class, inspire and engage students of all ages
- Reliable, energetic, enthusiastic, and excellent time-keeping
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured, dynamic, and inspiring dance lessons
- Choreograph routines for performances, competitions, and showcases
- Encourage creativity, technique, and discipline in a supportive environment
- Collaborate with other tutors and performance staff
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
