Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Leader to oversee and enhance our organisation’s training programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that support organisational growth and employee development. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and proficiency in various digital learning tools. The Learning and Development Leader will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement through innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Design engaging e-learning content using tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint.
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programmes to employees at all levels.
Utilise HRIS systems like Workday and HRIS platforms to track training progress and analyse effectiveness.
Collaborate with Human Resources to identify skill gaps and tailor development initiatives accordingly.
Manage the utilisation of Salesforce for tracking sales-related training activities.
Lead the creation of presentation materials that effectively communicate learning objectives and outcomes.
Foster a supportive environment that encourages knowledge sharing through mentoring programmes.
Evaluate training programmes' success through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Stay abreast of industry best practices in learning technologies and adult education methodologies.

Skills

Proven experience with Adobe Captivate for e-learning content creation.
Strong background in teaching or instructional design with excellent presentation skills.
Knowledge of Human Resources processes and systems such as Workday, HRIS platforms, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for managing sales training data.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated mentoring abilities to support employee growth and development programmes.
Strategic thinker with the capacity to analyse training needs through data-driven insights.
Organised with excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead organisational learning efforts that directly impact business success while fostering professional growth within the team.

Pay: £45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
