As our Studio & Creative Operations Coordinator, you’ll sit at the centre of it all connecting Brand, Creative and our wider teams. Making sure the right work gets done, at the right time, in the right way.
You’ll bring order to complexity. Remove friction. Keep things moving.
And as AI reshapes how creative teams work, you’ll help us find smarter, faster ways to operate using tools, automation and better systems to unlock more time for creativity.

Creative Workflow & Delivery
Own the day-to-day flow of work through the studio
Make sure briefs are clear, prioritised and ready to go
Keep projects moving — managing timelines, dependencies and delivery
Spot risks early and solve them before they become issues
Keep everyone aligned and informed from brief to final delivery
Studio Operations
Support how we plan and use creative resource
Keep calendars, workflows and systems up to date
Run kick-offs, reviews and sign-off processes
Create consistency in how we work across teams
Help build a studio that feels calm, clear and in control
Production & Shoot Coordination
Support the delivery of shoots, content and campaign production
Coordinate logistics — locations, talent, product, timelines
Prepare run sheets, call sheets and production plans
Keep things running smoothly before, during and after shoots
Make sure assets land where they need to, when they need to
Asset & Content Operations
Keep our asset world organised and easy to navigate
Make sure content is properly stored, tagged and usable
Act as the go-to for asset requests across the business
Process, Systems & AI
Constantly look for ways to make things better, faster and simpler
Explore and test AI tools that can improve how we work
Help automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort
Build processes that scale as we grow
Budget & Admin
Support POs, invoices and supplier admin
Track spend across freelance and production
Keep documentation clean, accurate and easy to find
ALL ABOUT YOU
Experience in studio coordination, project management, production coordination, marketing operations or similar operational roles.
Experience working with creative, content or marketing teams.
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, Jira or similar.
Experience supporting campaign shoots, content production or creative workflows
Experience using AI productivity tools is desirable.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction.
Naturally process-driven and enjoys creating order from complexity.
Comfortable with operational and administrative work.
Passionate about finding smarter and more efficient ways of working.
Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively.
