Nail Technician Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality nail care services. As a Nail Technician, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients, ensuring they leave feeling pampered and satisfied.

Duties

Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, BIAB, and nail art.
Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate nail treatments.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by communicating effectively with clients throughout their visit.
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best services possible.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Assist in maintaining inventory of nail products and supplies.

Experience

Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred at least 6 months in a working salon.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Knowledge of makeup application is an advantage but not essential.
A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with an eagerness to learn new techniques.

Additional pay:

Commission pay of 5% after 3 month probation
