About the Role
We're looking for a confident and engaging presenter to become the face of our live shopping channels at iOutlet.
You'll be hosting live streams across platforms such as ebay and other social channels, showcasing our range of refurbished tech products and interacting with customers in real time. This is a sales-focused role where your personality, product knowledge, and ability to build rapport with viewers will directly influence results.

What You'll Be Doing
- Hosting live shopping events and product demonstrations across our social and e-commerce channels.
- Showcasing smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearables and accessories.
- Answering customer questions live and creating an engaging shopping experience.
- Driving sales through product knowledge, enthusiasm and strong presentation skills.
- Working with the marketing and e-commerce teams to plan and deliver live campaigns.
- Helping create short-form video content to support promotions and product launches.
- Keeping up to date with new products, offers and industry trends.
- Contributing ideas to improve viewer engagement and live stream performance.

Experience
Previous experience in presenting, live streaming, retail sales, social commerce, content creation or customer-facing roles would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in people with the right personality and confidence to learn.
An interest in consumer technology and social media trends would be an advantage.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Evening and weekend working is essential, as these are our busiest live trading periods. Flexibility is therefore required, with working hours scheduled around live broadcast activity and promotional events.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
