Main duties, tasks & skills required
Provide specialist geriatric care in inpatient and outpatient settings
Contribute to acute/frailty take and 7-day working
Lead on clinical governance, quality improvement, and teaching
Mentor junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams
Develop sub-specialty interests (e.g., frailty, dementia, movement disorders, surgical liaison, stroke)

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is the first mainland NHS trust to provide community, mental health, and acute services.
