Senior Live Sales Executive

Location: Mansfield, in person

Type: Full-time

RandCards is looking for a senior-level Live Sales Executive to join our livestream sales team.

This is not an entry-level hosting role. It is a commercial sales role delivered through live video. You’ll be selling to an active buyer audience in real time, presenting products with confidence, building trust quickly, handling objections, keeping pace high, and converting attention into revenue.

You’ll be working with Pokémon cards, collectibles and live auction-style selling. Product knowledge can be built, but sales ability needs to already be there. We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell, enjoys being measured, and wants to win every day.

What you’ll be doing

- Running live sales streams to an active buyer audience

- Presenting products clearly, confidently and commercially

- Driving revenue through pacing, urgency, buyer engagement and product judgement

- Building trust with repeat customers and keeping the room commercially active

- Learning stock, pricing, product value and buyer behaviour quickly

- Working to clear sales targets and improving performance week by week

- Using feedback, numbers and stream performance data to sharpen your approach

- Supporting a clean customer experience from pitch through to purchase

What we’re looking for

- Proven sales experience in a target-led environment

- Confident, competitive and comfortable being measured on performance

- Strong live communication: able to hold attention, build rapport and create buyer - --confidence

- Resilience under pressure and the ability to keep energy high for long selling windows

- Good commercial judgement around pricing, urgency, tone and trust

- Reliable, punctual and professional enough to represent the brand properly

- Experience in car sales, recruitment, estate agency, phone sales, high-performing retail, live commerce or similar would be valuable

- Interest in Pokémon, trading cards, collectibles or gaming helps, but sales ability comes first

- Strong revenue per stream

- Confident selling without needing basic sales training

- High buyer engagement and repeat customer behaviour

- Consistent improvement against targets

- Strong pacing, product judgement and preparation

- Professional customer experience throughout the sale
