The Role
Working directly within the CEO's team and supporting senior management, you'll play an important role in helping our businesses operate efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executive support and business administration.
- Coordinating multiple business projects simultaneously.
- Managing executive diaries, meetings and schedules.
- Preparing reports, presentations and professional correspondence.
- Liaising with commercial tenants, contractors, surveyors, solicitors and other professionals.
- Supporting commercial property administration and operational activities.
- Coordinating maintenance programmes and contractor schedules.
- Monitoring operational performance and following up on key actions.
- Researching new business opportunities and operational improvements.
- Assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Supporting acquisitions, development projects and business expansion initiatives.
- Providing operational support across multiple departments.
This is a varied role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
